SoloLearn is best to program any language. But needs to be online. Can you suggest me an offline application for android? FREE APPLICATION? thanks

I haven't found a single app that lets you write and run HTML offline yet, but there's a way to do this. You need a text editor that allows you to select which filetype you're saving. DroidEdit works fine for this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aor.droidedit

Then, you need a file explorer, if your device doesn't have one. I use Astro: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.metago.astro

Open your files as a Text file, select your browser to open it with, and your website will run offline.
