I need a php script.

I have a bunch of pictures. I need to tag them. and I need to order them on a 52x12 table with their tag similarity.

actually the pictures is taken from men's rings. I need to show customers those rings in an ordered way. the only way is to group them on the stand by similarity. the pictures of course is not infinite. but by the time the catalog will get bigger and bigger. for example the tags will be like this. has stone, amethyst, agate, has figure, eagle, skull, red, blue etc.

at the 'add ring' page I will add a picture then on the dropdown menus I will choose tags. colors, shapes, stones tags.

in short I need order pictures by their tag's similarity. any clue welcomed. long live MVC!
