Where should I learn python???

I have seen some books, online PDF's and websites that talk about learning python. Simply searching Learn Python brings up lots of results. My question is: What is the best way to learn Python 3? I know a bit about python, but I do not know too much as I am quite new. I have heard about "Learn python the hard way" but that is for Python 2 If it matters, I am using mostly Windows to program my code in.

Also, I am looking for something that is free and can be followed from being a complete beginner with no knowledge at all of Python all the way to the hardest parts of python that many people do not know (Including things like tkinter) (not enough space on the question to finish)

I would start with the sololearn Python course followed by Datacamp or Edx Python courses.
