Code:Blocks New project how

Hello, I wanted to learn the basics in Code Blocks. If I go to "Create a new Project" it shows me maaany different options of categorys and I want to know if I want to make like a little console variable like if a > b cout yes bla bla bla, wich one do I have to take?

You don't really need to create a project. In code blocks you can create a single "Source file".
Well, if you really want to create a project choose empty project and then you will be able to add source files manually.
