JavaScript is extremely important for any website. drop down menus, alert boxes, any animation, picture cascading, all that's done with JavaScript. if you didn't have JavaScript, all of the websitea of today, would look really bland and static and basic. JavaScript is what makes the websites interactive and dynamic, atleast at the user level. JavaScript working in tandem with css, php, and html, is what makes a great website.
