object oriented programming is hard to acknowledge at the beginning, but you'll get used go it. Classes are trying to reflect real world obejcts. For example you have class called "Car", that consists of Engine, Wheels, Steeringwheel, Chairs etc. its functions are start(), stop(), park() etc. Might not be easy at beginning, but as I said, you'll get used to it

That's one thing. But with python you are able to do any kind of stuff, from games through data management to AI/ deep learning applications

but its 10x simpler and easier to learn. you get nowhere with only one lang. like pokemon you have to "catch em' all" if your not passionate about it(like dream it eat it love it) you might not get far.

Experience is my call. Now I'm programming my 2D game engine. but first I was learning C++ for few years doing side, smalled projects. Everything comes eventually if you are patient enough ^^

Like in every language it's easy to learn and hard to master. Just play with it, try to make something new, and eventually you will end up with great knowledge of a language.
