How install ruby on rails in Windows 10?

I use ruby on Linux but now I want to install ruby on Windows 10 and I can't install it.

There are a lot of video tutorials in the internet how to do that. Anyway, I may want to try https://codeanywhere.com/. There you can use Ruby on Rails and other frameworks on the cloud so you won't even need to install anything.
