Which course should I take first?

I will suggest you to learn easier course such as HTML

Mobile & Desktop app developer => start with java
Web developer => start with html

You can pick any of these: c++, java, python, ruby, php. That will get you starting with programming

I think it's more beneficial to start with a real programming language to get a broader understanding about programming. If you are interested about web development, you can move on to html later because it is mainly about page design
