How to build web apps?

I want to know about Web apps and how to build them and Does it run on every platform? and what's its requirements?Can java help me with web apps? and how to build those?😕. tell me what ever you know pls. Tnx

web apps means every apps runs on the network...
you can build them using code or GUI IDE's ( dreamwaver)....
it's runs just on the browsers...
the requirements just (browser and any text editor )Google chrome & notepad++.....
to build web apps you need knowledge about HTML &PHP &CSS &JAVASCRIPT

If you want to build web apps using HTML, CSS and JavaScript I recommend you to use Apache Cordova tool in visual studio which allows you to do Android, iOS and windows development

if your on visual studio you can install it through that or just visit its website and download it from there location.
