Daily. I've mostly trained myself by reading over the years, but I've taken some in university (although I already knew it prior). My main focus in school is with animation/graphics and business.

I think it's totally depends on your learning curiosity.
If you are more intrested in programming then you will be spending most of your by doing coding.
The competitve websites (HackerRank, HackerEarth, CodeChef etc) are goog to improve your coding skills.
