Should I learn Python and C# at the same time when I already have moderate knowledge of Python?

I am here just to brush up my skills in Python. I found the tutorial interesting so I planned to learn C# too. Should I first complete Python and then move on to C# or can I take up both at the same time?

That's up to you; you know how you best learn or not. If learning multiple things at the same time isn't how you best learn, then don't do it. If it's how you best learn, then do that. For myself, I study many different things simultaneously. Just like if you're in school somewhere, you don't learn just 1 thing before moving on to something else; you learn multiple subjects every day. That's how I best learn. It keeps me from getting burnt out or bored with one thing, and it saves me time because I'm learning multiple things each day instead of spreading it out over a long duration of time. So, do what works best for you! If you're asking this, then I assume you want to learn both at the same time, so give that a shot. If you get overwhelmed, then limit yourself to whatever works best for yourself.

I have done both ways. One at a time is my preferred method now as I can spend more time experimenting.
