Which languages and platforms are best?
My end goal for all of my self-teaching in the programming world is to build and develop apps, websites, and as well as be a master in cyber security. What languages and platforms would be best suggested in order to accomplish these goals?

You can't master everything and a particular language can't be used for everything.

If you are going for cyber security then I would recommend getting a distro of Linux.
