What are the best resources to learn AR/VR for free?

I am new to AR/VR. I want to learn it. Currently, I am taking Udacity's introduction to VR course. Which ones would you recommend for Unity/C#/AR and VR?

I found Udemy offers free Unity course, Edx also have VR courses but which have not been started yet. Coursera courses are free if I choose the audit course option. So, it is a wide choice and all are high-quality courses.
