Code::Blocks isn't available on mobile devices. I have seen two Android apps that are IDEs for C++ and Java. They're popular, and are useful enough for practice: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=name.antonsmirnov.android.cppdroid https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aide.ui
