React vs native for android development

Question

I have not even started to learn javascript but i know java core. i am interested in making android apps or cross plaform apps. i tried to learn android but my pc is too old that it doesn't even handle the software(android studios). so i recently learnt about react so i am here to know which is best?

Change or upgrade your PC, because for exporting apps for platforms, you need development kits. If they don't work on your computer, you can't create cross-platform applications.
