To me, it's just knowing I worked hard to create something cool, that people other people can enjoy. If people play something I made, and it made them happy for a little bit, then the work was worth it. And I can share a bit of myself through strangers, and that's pretty cool. That's what I practice for.

I've always enjoyed finding a way to speed up code. At one point, my job was going around the country helping make performance improvements for various divisions of my company. In my proudest moment, the developers had gotten to the point of giving up trying to fix a 10 million line program as it took minutes to process the data to display the screens. The division president wouldn't let them write it off as a lost without making use of me. On the first day, I tripled the speed of the program I had never seen before. Needless to say that was the best day I've ever had programming. By the end of the week I spent there, it was running 10 times faster and they had a list of changes to make that yielded 100 times final speed up getting the performance they expected.

I like programming because of one main reason. The satisfaction of finding a solution to a problem. Also, bigger problem = bigger satisfaction (dopamine release).

I used to(still) write Codes for many programs. The main reason I really enjoy Coding is whenever I write a own Code it's like I created something new. When I write a Code I feel like I created a solution, for a Program on my own, in a unique way. In my opinion "Code Is The Heart Of The Program". In most cases Every Program has a Code. So, I think every Programmer loves to write Code. No Code Is too small and No Program is too big.

I do enjoy. My main reason was that when you tell the computer to do something, it does e*x*a*c*t*l*y what you said. No chit-chat, like most humans, no talking for hours, arguing, trying to avoid doing the real work and in the end feeling superior than you. The computer is a bit dumb, he knows only a few words, but man is he pure logic. If he doesn't do what you wanted, it means you didn't know what you wanted, and have to improve yourself. Of course, after that, it's always great to see that your code is used by other people and that you've been useful to them!
