Use of database into an HTML file??

Question

Any know how to integrate a database into an html form file via any method?
JavaScript verification for forms as well as searching for related data is almost necessary for a good form website
so if we have a predefined database that helps with searching as well as other things any one know how do that?

I'm not sure if this will answer your question but using php, you can.. example In a form, add a POST method and 'action' it to your server using php code..

php helps but it's static (stays as predefined, values can't changed in the php file) i need it to be dynamic(where the values can be changed if changes are made on website.

JavaScript doesn't or isnt purely used as database i agree it can be used via function() method but then sometimes method can increase difficulty in accessing the data and/or changing it
currently i m using JavaScript as my database for my ticket booking website.
