How can one can be different in programming world if he wants to be valuable in programming?

In today's world most of the people know programming languages those people also who don't need programming in there carreer. Those people who choose software developer has his/her profession what else he/she has to do more than anyone else do?

although many people still dont know how to program there are a big chunk of people who can't code.
programming is just like maths, not everybody learn maths or science because they want to become a mathematician/scientist,etc but because it is a basic thing required in other field of life.
if you want to be different in coding world just have a passion for it. learn new things,thats it.
