Why some legendary people like they have more than 400 followers

They follow me why?

I don't understand can anybody help me in this matter

SoloLearn is different from Facebook, instagram etc..
Here every body follows each other.
Two of my followers have over 2.1k followers so it is only a matter of bringing community together.

ps: i personnaly like to answer people's questions when i see them in my friendlist's feed.

It's more like people that have a bazillion followers, got them because they're spamming follows all over here, hoping to be followed back.

@Gordie... I typically select those I follow based on the quality of their comments. I just saw your IRC code and was impressed with your effort to figure it out. This made me check your activity history and I came to realize you were someone I would be interested in following. For that reason, you are my newest follow. 😉
