Site not opening on sololearn app.

Question

I've been playing around with web. I'm not any good, it's new to me. I have an issue with my Javascript code. when I try opening a site on the mobile app it's not working. It's working when I use the sololearn website. How can I make line 58 and line 65 work on mobile(window.open(url))? I was thinking I first have to launch the browser with the url, but I'm not sure how.
