Can anyone please help me with this?

i have been searching for an IDE and a compiler but none of them look that good and reliable to use on my laptop and i tried using visual studio but for some reason it keeps giving me an error lnk1168 and i don't know how to fix it. So please if you know any good IDE or compiler tell me because i want to take coding seriously from now on. Thank you.
