I'm very interested to make a new app but I can't afford the money. What I became a programmer without Money?

Most of the app making tools, softwares are freely available plus there are hundreds of course where you learn online
So you can become programmmer

If you want make android app try android studio, its free and there are videos on youtube too

well i think you must have enough money for internet at least for jio. use it & learn with passion.
