Which language should we learn after html to become a programmer ?

i am a starter i have learnt html and i don't know which language should i learn now? i want to be a computer programmer

at first you need to learn html then css then javascript.after you need to learn framework to make your design more speed and easy like bootstrap jquery and .....
after that backend language like php python .net
