Does SoloLearn limit execution time to run code?

It's the same as the rest; < ~5s. Returned HTML/JS/CSS runs on mobile and does not have the restriction, as long as output finishes in time. https://code.sololearn.com/wcvX7HlgPpmw/?ref=app
