YouTube doesn't allow direct linking to its webpage for security reason. If you just want to embed the video only, changing the watch to embed will do the job.

Before:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=p_N32VrAQhw

After:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/p_N32VrAQhw

P/S: You can get the embeded link by clicking "Share" @ YouTube site too.
