How to use color tag by RBG & Hexadecimal number?

How to use color tag by RBG & Hexadecimal number? Is there any table to find the numbers associated with each color or should i have to calculate it?

You can use RBG colors directly by putting the names Red,Blue,Green etc and in case of Hexadecimal numbers use values from 0 to F (means 0 to 15 as 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F)
