If I starting to learn the web designing (job oriented) Which (scripting or programming) language is best to learning first...

you should define what you are going to dedicate and based on that you could start to study in my case I am a web programmer and I will send you my list of courses in order so that you do not waste time and go directly to it.

When u say web, html css and JavaScript are must. Then when it is Job oriented, You should go for Php, Mysql and also the basics of Asp.net server. It can be useful point to start from..

if you wanna be a gentral web designer. HTml,css is enough. and you wanna do job in web designer,you have to learn more
