Java is one of the easiest languages to learn. It is very structured and everything you code must be in its proper place. It makes it fairly hard to screw things up!

Java isn't as hard as other languages. I've always heard that Java is easier to learn that English. in my personal experience a language is easy to learn but, learning proper OOP will be the biggest mistake for a while. However on a 1 to 10 scale Java is an easy 4 in my opinion
