What should i learn to become a database manager or database analysis?

what language i should learn for database manager post ? i have no knowledge about it . so anyone plz guide me.

Take a look at sql

manipulating million to billion or more data from table.
it's the basic starter.
other than that , well , you might want to learn about cloud storage or cloud save or host later on.

if you were online database manager , xampp is a good start.
