Well, worthy certificates are usually not free. Best I could get from Coursera was a 7 day free trial.

You are right that you are supposed to apply to the Coursera's financial aid only using an actual computer, not an Android phone https://learner.coursera.help/hc/en-us/articles/209819033-Apply-for-Financial-Aid However, this limitation can (in principle) be easily avoided by using a web browser capable of declaring a different "user agent". I will not explain right now what "user agent" means in general, but for your problem it means that if you check a little checkbox in your browser's menu named "Desktop version" (or something similar) when browsing the Coursera website, then the Coursera website will show itself and act as if you where browsing it from an actual computer, not an Android phone. I just gave a try with Chromium, and I could access the Financial Aid form for one of Coursera courses this way. I observed that I could access this form only on courses for which I was not yet registered. As I am not seeking Coursera's financial aid at this moment myself, I did not went till the end of the process... Please, keep us informed whether you manage to fulfill the process using only an Android phone.
