To develop a career quickly. Stick with mobile app developing [learn Java (Eclipse IDE) , Android (Android Studio) and ... both C/C++, Swift(Xcode) (for developing iOS apps)]... choose a good book to read in these fields and watch a good channel on Youtube (Derek Banas) to help you in summarizing what you learnt in here and from reading books ... Many friends of mine started career as Android developers with self-learning ... you must enhance your CV to be competitive when applying to jobs everywhere... work as freelancer on contest or project and add it in CV ... Many employers require experience of launching apps before ... build network of connections in real world and online (LinkedIn) ... offer your services to lowest price but give the highest quality and they will be impressed... when feel disappointed by rejection show them a great work such as a great complete looking app you done before and offer services for free you will earn experience, connections reputation, more work after that and enhanced CV... if that doesn't suite you try taking online courses or courses provided by institutions near you ... You can find schedules of IT or computer science students in nearest university and choose from their schedules the practical courses to understand more just attending and listen, You will pay nothing as you aren't enrolled. You may find also videos of lectures from many universities (MIT) and the free MIT courses List of websites free learning just google for "list free learn to code websites" https://www.forbes.com/sites/laurencebradford/2016/12/08/11-websites-to-learn-to-code-for-free-in-2017/amp/ edx and coursera will not always be free I love HackerRank https://www.quora.com/What-are-good-coding-challenges-websites There are many challenging and contest websites such as codeforces (but when you be learn most and build background because it is mostly hard there) I like codechef

There is also freelancing websites like freelancer.com and upwork.com ... but they consume very very long time maybe years (earning nothing) hardly to build reputation and win a project stick with applying for contests in freelancer.com
