What is Logical Programming?

I heard about several programming techniques like procedural, object oriented and functional programming. Each one has advantages and side effects. C , Java and Haskel are the best examples about the three types. But there is one more type. Called Logical programming. Do you guys know anything about it? And which Language uses this technique? Thank you.
