Do employers evaluate your experiance and achieved results in SL?
i'm just thinking what is your experiance with your employers? do they know that you take "additional courses" in SL? and do they evaluate SL sertificates?
we do! for an application you have to code an example project (about 1houre effort) or evaluate code and we ask for a better implementation idea... after that you have to explain things to non programmer at my last application someone wrote a lot languages in his CV and we tried to test him as good as we know them... sometimes less is more ;) I never worked for a company which didn't do such tests but please note: no one expects you to know everything, but everyone expects you to tell you supervisor if you have troubles in solving the problem! because at the end the problem has to be solved, and it is cheaper to support you instead of paying penalty for a delayed release
thank you Guntner for your replay!
you are welcome :)
