Is it possible to use solo learn through PC? If so please tell me how to do it. Thanks if any suggestions

Just go here https://www.sololearn.com and do same things as you're doing on phone.
(Exept you can't read your code comments and some other stuff)

If you want to have accss to the challenges, notifications and quiz-factory on pc,
try using an android simulator like Bluestacks or Genymotion.

The website is quite under developed, so I rarely even open it.

Yes, you can just search up 'sololearn.com' and it will come up, but if you would like the notifications, challenges and quiz factory features I suggest that you use a mobile phone, as there are many features missing on the Sololearn website.
