1. clear your basics first 2. understand not learn by heart. 3. practice and learn as your daily habit. 4. when you complete courses on Sololearn, learn from other resources fill your knowledge gaps. 5. try to learn like you will explain other people about the things you are learning. 6. solve problems, challenges (not Sololearn). 7.read other people's code & try to understand it. 8. don't hesitate to ask questions( after searching for answers, reading the related documentation first). and so on. PS: after you are fine with solo and other websites read some books related to the language you are learning.

I was actually learning js from books that did not work I came across this app and I learned css, html, js basics from here. try the courses it will help.

You must enjoy doing it, and when you enjoy doing it you start loving it, as a beginner you shouldn't be thinking about making money you must do it because you love doing it. You can start by learning C or C++ once you understand C++ you'll be able to learn other languages very quickly.
