Size is used inconsistently

Question

One question asks for an array with a size of 5 with a correct answer of 4.
Subsequent question asks for an array with a size of 9 and the accepted answer is 9.

Can we see the actual code/question rather than a description of it.
Both codes may not be doing the same thing, so we can't really verify if one is incorrect.
