Is it good idea to start own programming blog?

I am a third year college student of computer science and wanted to start a blog from 1st year but i haven't the reason is that i was not good in english and still facing the same. Please give me genuine advice whether i should start or not? My website: http://www.csebyte.com

I visited the site, I think you can continue with it, pretty nice. Add a link to allow people to contribute in language translation probably will solve the language issue.

Yes, it is good idea. It will help you become a better programmer. Being able to explain to others is a really important skill. Can you make it also in your own language. I can read english but also do appreciate programming articles in my own language.
