Can anyone provide me "learn ruby the hard way 3rd edition" in any format coz it isn't available in my area .

If you need the offline version badly, you can try these options,

1. use httrack to mirror the site to an offline .html file

or

2. use chrome to visit each page and using ctrl+p to save that page as pdf. Then merge all the pdf together.
