Ans 1: Microsoft Virtual Academy has the best and most up to date resources on ASP.Net, you can go check them out.

There are some free udemy courses also I believe.

Ans 2:
There are no best / miracle framework out there.

I personally love Ruby on Rails for it's elegance and beauty.

It's still the #1 choice for us, when we need to quickly develop an MVP or need to ship the project as early as possible.

At the same time, when IO performance and scaling a maasive project is an absolute must we switch to node or express.
