Platinum Strangeness!?!

Question

As of now, there are 86 Platinum members in my codes "Platinum Members". I see 10 Platinum Members who are not in my code, meaning that there are 96 Platinum members now! But I can see only 91 in the Leaderboard! How??

it might be like few accounts that are banned or blocked is not shown in leaderboard??

Funny enough, last time I checked, there's a platinum member with less than 10000 XP

I think you can stay platinum even if you lose XP.
