I can tell you my opinion :)
when it comes to design I always follow one rule:
If you have to explain it, it's not good (change it)!

Now, when I look at your website I can say it looks nice but too "bright" for my taste
I would definitely change font size of paragraphs (to be bigger) and color (orange somehow doesn't fit in)
I like the shapes of your section and your navigation is very good (positioning and effects) -> no complains here
try to move your picture few pixels to top (to the bottom of first section and not outside of it)
try to remove border of box where is your name, it would look better
I don't recommend using dl for headings, that's very bad idea
instead use h1-h6 or simply text inside div (but don't forget styling)
