Why learn"Html, css and js" when WordPress can complete its task within a few minutes?

Please i need reasons why we do learn this courses

Without knowledge of html,css and js you can not create your own design with your desired functionality. Even if you use Wordpress in order to create what you want you need to have knowledge of these languages. Otherwise you will have to be accepting what others give you :) Don't you really want to create your own ?
