it is too hard to start

i cant read the English very well.so its too hard for me to read and understand_(:Đ·ă€âˆ )_

Then learn decent English as that's the only way at the moment if you are serious about programming . while you can use a translation tool it will not be accurate and the explanation will be poor and will confuse you more, let's not mention the added complexity of the same. translation will not help with the English terms used in programming language used in realtime (machines take input in English ). the documentation of any language will be better in English compared to a translated one.

you can use google translate to convert English to a language you know well.... best of luck!!!! 😃😃😃

Maybe try a different programming language for now. I know that python has resources for non-English speakers (https://wiki.python.org/moin/Languages ) After understanding programming then you might be able to understand C++ better even if you don't understand the English terms.
