What to learn to perform well in Sololearn challenges ?

Iam kind of new to this app,
and IAM getting answers wrong in chapters that i have already completed.
Iam totally confused what to do....
Iam learning basic level c++but questions in challenges seem to be of higher level.

If you think that you haven't learned the topics in the challenges, you are possibly challenging people of too high levels, who have already learned those topics you haven't reached yet.
