Who else wants to destroy his phone after losing a challenge ?

I m at the point of stopping playing challenges. Soo bad loser. I hate games in general. Here it s the same. There should be a way to progress via practice without having a countdown above the head and a reward/punish tattoo at the end of an exercise. This reminds me (old) school systems.

Progressing via practice would be from making codes. All you get from that is positive. That's assuming you're talking about learning progress rather than xp progress. If you mean xp progress, you can just start challenging people with far more xp in that language. You'll get xp even if you loose. If you did mean learning progress, then challenges don't matter by win/loss. The important part is if you understood the challenge. Challenges are supposed to be a challenge after all. SoloLearns approach ended up being fast paced questions instead of a code challenge. Anyway, I recommend sticking to code projects.
