How the codes of colours are predicted?

Every 2 digits represents a color in hex. #FF0000 Is red. Higher wavelengths have higher numbers. #00FF00 Is green. If you want to make a composite color, like yellow, combine green and red to get the hex sum. Yellow would be #FFFF00 The lower the total number, the darker the color will be, for example: #000000 is black, while a higher total would be lighter: #FFFFFF is white.
