Will the player be notified if I picked them on the new game but did not play? It says pending and it's my turn but I didn't use my turn. Is the opponent notified?

If you initiated the challenge, the opponent probably won't be notified of the challenge till you finish your part.

Any idea how can I delete it? I have tons of it

If it says "your turn", select it and finish the challenge. If it says "waiting", just wait for a day.
