Is there a way to fix "Time Limit Exceeded"?

Hi,I'm making a simple pokedex,and at a point in it's creation,it tells me that a time limit was exceeded when I ran it.How do I fix that?Because I will run it once,it shows everything.When I run it again,it gives me that message...

The only solution is using your own compiler/ide (codeblocks, visual studio etc.)
