How can i get a certificate that means something?

Are there any websites that I can test in for a programming language that could actually help me get a job and prove that I know the language?

In a way, you can, but not directly.

What you can do is learn as much as you can from sites like SoloLearn, W3Schools, etc.

And if you're in high school, you can take your GED or something.

If it's money that you are looking for: You can also make games and software with the language, and sell them.

If you aren't in high school or you don't find a interest in selling stuff, then I would recommend trying to look for people who hire online, I don't know any resources about it because it is rare.

As for actual jobs, with a college degree, you can not get that on any website I know. Though it varies on the website, you aren't able to use the SoloLearn certificate at job applications because you can use hints and such.
