If yoy learn c# would i be able to branch into c++? If not which programs do i have to learn before c++?

C# to C++ is a great transition. It is what I would usually recommend to learn c++ as it is a bit hard as a first language.

Technically, you don't have to learn any other programming languages prior to learning C++.
